--The Wizards have won five of their last six games.

--The Kings are the sixth team the Wizards have swept this season. The others are Seattle (2-0) Dallas (2-0), the Clippers (2-0), Minnesota (2-0) and New Orleans (2-0).

--F Antawn Jamison is on the verge of becoming the first Wizard to average 20 points and 10 boards since Chris Webber did it in the 1996-97 season. In franchise history, only Elvin Hayes (six times), Walt Bellamy (four), Moses Malone (twice), Pervis Ellison, Jeff Ruland, Gus Johnson and Webber have accomplished the feat.

--The Wizards have played extremely well against some of the elite teams in the league. They are 1-1 this season versus the Pistons with one more to play later this month. They own two victories each over Boston, Dallas, New Orleans and Cleveland.

--Washington is undefeated (7-0) on the road against Southeast Division teams this season.

QUOTE TO NOTE: "It made everyone on the bench wake up and got people hyped up on the floor." -- G Roger Mason, on an emphatic dunk by Wizards F Caron Butler over Sacramento's Kevin Martin that ignited a third-quarter comeback that led to a Wizards' win over Sacramento.
